PTC RECEIVES CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE BY MICROSOFT GREAT PLAINS®

Paradigm Technology Consulting, LLC (PTC) was awarded a certificate of excellence award during the Microsoft Great Plains® “Stampede” event in Fargo, ND for their work with Orchid BioSciences, Inc, (NASDAQ: ORCH) located in Princeton, NJ. Orchid BioSciences is a leading provider of products, services and technologies for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), scoring and genetic diversity analyses.

Orchid BioSciences, Inc. recognized PTC's work with a complimentary letter that was sent by Orchid's Corporate Controller to Microsoft Great Plains®. The letter stated:

"With the assistance of Paradigm we just completed our Enterprise Reporting and ProClarityTM go live. The additions of these modules will give Orchid the financial and data mining tools required to navigate our global operations. Paradigm was instrumental in the success of the implementation, they met our very aggressive timeline and worked tirelessly to insure a successful go live. Bridgette Hobart, Jean Padgett and Jon Henbest led the project from planning, training through implementation and maintenance. Paradigm has consistently over delivered with expertise and dedication to Orchid over the past four years.

In addition we had two other major implementations running parallel with the Enterprise Reporting and ProClarityTM projects, which Paradigm was championing. One was a Great Plains roll out in the United Kingdom which included the full manufacturing series. Bridgette Hobart and her team were again able to meet our aggressive timeline to take a Company acquired in February 2001 live on August 1, 2001.
